Hmmm so here it is most awaited Valentine’s day. Its pretty to see girls dressed up, red roses and all romantic songs playing. Of course every day we see all these but today we observe these more isn’t it.
And I keep wondering how Valentine’s day has grown older and matured over the years. Here is the snapshot of how valentine’s day has grown up!
6th Standard: Feb 14th
Rushing to get ready, wear uniform and run to school. Come back play eat and sleep
8th Standard: Feb 14th
Giggling, whispering amongst girl gang “Valentine day means gussupusu gussupusu gussupusu haha he he hoho”
11th Standard: Feb 14th
First surprise gift placed in desk, fully scared and tears in eyes and looking around to find the person who kept it
Professional course 2nd yr: Feb 14th
Boyfriend 1= day of surprises smiles and parties
+ lot of unknown messages
+ lot of blank calls
+ lot of gifts from Anonymous
Employed First year: Feb 14th
Boyfriend 1 = Enemy,
Boyfriend2= Day of surprises, smiles and parties
+some unknown messages
+some blank calls
First year being in some serious Relationship: Feb 14th
Final 1 = neither BF1 nor BF2
Day of surprises smiles and parties
First Year of marriage: Feb 14th
Final 1 = hubs
Candle lit Dinner, no gifts
2nd yr of marriage: Feb 14th
Hubs = Gyan “Every day is valentine’s day darling nothing special about it!”
3rd yr of marriage: Feb 14th
Oh yesterday was Valentine’s day na! I totally forgot
4th yr of marriage: Feb 14th
Silly!!!!
5th yr of Marriage on wards :D: Feb 14th
It is not our culture we should not celebrate it.
But still love lingers around always, HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY Folks :)
